Automotive component testing is unique to each customer and specifically engineered for each application. We custom design every tester to perform required tests in allowed cycle time withprecision tooling.
Tooling is typically steel with various degrees of hardness to ensure durability without damaging parts under test. Industrial grade computers and acquisition hardware are used to perform electrical tests which can measure with high precision and with fast data acquisitions to reduce testing cycle times.

Wiper Motors - High-speed production testers and lab durability testers for front and rear motor assemblies. Feature torque loading with feedback, angular movements, parking position, and interfaces to digital motors. Motors can be tested for noise and vibration problems. Fans - High-speed production testing and endurance testing capabilities. Power Seat/Lumbar Support Motors/Modules - High-volume production and durability testers with speed and torque loading feedback. HVAC Cluster/Fan Assembly - Lab tested for rotary torque and movement angles for durability while testing fan speed/current and mechanism movements. Automotive Glass Versions - Production tester for exterior rear view mirrors for English text, Arabic text, turn signal chevrons and heater symbols, using machine vision. Automotive Color Testing - Production tester for exterior rear view mirror sails, shells, and bezels for color match to trained sample using color spectrometer vision systems.
